The Order of Al Istiqlal (Independence) of the First Degree

The Order of Al Istiqlal (Independence) of the First Degree, bestowed by His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein upon Al Aman Fund for the Future of Orphans, stands as a distinguished royal recognition of a two-decade journey dedicated to supporting and empowering orphaned youth in Jordan, guided by the vision and unwavering support of Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah. Awarded on the occasion of Jordan’s 80th Independence Day in 2026, this prestigious honor acknowledges Al Aman Fund’s enduring contribution to providing a comprehensive support system for orphaned youth across all governorates of the Kingdom after they age out of care homes upon reaching the age of 18, empowering them to pursue higher education, build their capabilities, achieve self-reliance, and shape brighter futures as active contributors to Jordan’s development.

Al Hussein bin Abdullah II Award for Voluntary Service 2025

Al Aman Fund was awarded second place in the third edition of the Al Hussein bin Abdullah II Award for Voluntary Service, under the category “Best Volunteer Project by a Non-Profit Organization,” in recognition of its “Empty Chair” initiative.

Sharjah Government Communication Award 2024

Al Aman Fund for the Future of Orphans won first place in the 2024 Sharjah Government Communication Award under the “Best Communication and Media Content” category. The winning entry was the Fund’s Ramadan 2024 campaign, “What Goes Around Comes Around,” a 360° communication strategy designed to inspire positive change within the community.
