Education

Al Aman Fund provides full scholarships for orphaned youth after they leave care homes, empowering them to build independent and confident futures.
These scholarships fully cover tuition fees at public and private universities, community colleges, as well as vocational training centers.
The Fund’s support also extends to orphaned youth across all governorates of the Kingdom, ensuring equal access to higher education through full coverage of public university education, and enabling them to achieve their aspirations.

Living Support

Al Aman provides essential living support for orphaned youth after they leave care homes, ensuring stability and a dignified life. This support includes a monthly allowance, safe housing, and health insurance, enabling them to live with dignity as they transition into independent lives.

Capacity Building Program

Al Aman Fund delivers integrated programs to develop the skills of orphaned youth, enhancing their self-confidence and increasing their readiness to enter the job market.
The Fund has also developed a comprehensive competency framework known as “SIDE,” which includes 75 core skills used to assess youth capabilities and guide them toward the most suitable training programs. This framework is built on four main pillars; Social, Interpersonal, Digital, and Economic skills, ensuring holistic empowerment and equipping them to secure sustainable employment opportunities.

Psychosocial Support

Psychosocial support and mental well-being are fundamental pillars in empowering orphaned youth after they leave care homes. Through the Step Towards Safety Program, Al Aman Fund provides comprehensive psychosocial support services, including group support sessions, individual mental health assessments, and one-to-one counseling and therapy sessions delivered in cooperation with specialized partners in the field. These services aim to strengthen mental well-being, build resilience, and enhance self-confidence, enabling youth to face life’s challenges with confidence and independence.

Inclusion

This program aims to promote the inclusion and active participation of orphaned youth in social, educational, cultural, and community-based activities. Through this program, Al Aman Fund provides opportunities for youth to engage with their communities, participate in volunteering and awareness initiatives, build positive relationships, strengthen their sense of belonging, and develop essential life and social skills within a supportive and inclusive environment.
