Jordan Kuwait Bank has renewed its strategic partnership with Al Aman Fund for the Future of Orphans for the period 2026–2030, reflecting its long-term commitment to supporting the education of orphaned youth and empowering them to complete their university studies and build more stable and independent futures.
Under the agreement, the Bank will provide educational scholarships to a number of young beneficiaries of Al Aman Fund, in cooperation with Jordanian universities across various governorates of the Kingdom. The scholarships will cover university tuition costs in accordance with the Fund’s approved criteria and academic pathways.
The partnership aims to support orphaned youth who have graduated from care homes registered with the Ministry of Social Development, where they spent most or all of their childhood, as well as orphaned youth supported by Ministry-registered orphan-care associations who live with one parent or members of their extended family and face challenging financial circumstances.
Group Chief Executive Officer Haitham Al-Batikhi, said that renewing the partnership reflects the Bank’s commitment to building long-term community partnerships capable of creating sustainable impact. He emphasized that investing in the education of orphaned youth equips them with the tools they need to shape their futures, strengthen their self-reliance, and participate actively in professional and community life.
Al-Batikhi added that the partnership with Al Aman Fund goes beyond providing educational support, representing an investment in orphaned youth’s potential and future. He noted that the continuation of the partnership through 2030 will enable more sustainable support throughout their university journey and help them transition from care toward independence and the development of their professional paths.
Eng. Noor Homour, Al Aman Fund Director, said that renewing the partnership with Jordan Kuwait Bank through 2030 represents a strong model of strategic partnership that goes beyond direct support, representing a long-term investment in people and creating meaningful, lasting impact in the lives of orphaned youth. She emphasized that education is one of the most important pathways for empowering youth to move confidently toward independence and build their futures.
She added: “We value this long-standing partnership because it reflects our shared belief that empowering orphaned youth is not achieved through a single opportunity, but through a long-term commitment that accompanies them through pivotal stages of their lives. We believe that every orphaned youth given the opportunity to pursue their education represents untapped potential for society and a success story whose impact can extend beyond the individual to their family, community, and country.
The renewed partnership builds on Jordan Kuwait Bank’s continued approach to supporting education and initiatives that create sustainable social impact, while contributing to Al Aman Fund’s efforts to empower its beneficiaries and provide them with opportunities to complete their education and build their futures independently.
