Jordan – Alongside with the announcement of the Unified Admission results for Tawjihi (General Secondary Education Certificate) graduates for the 2025–2026 academic year, Al Aman Fund for the Future of Orphans has opened applications for a number of competitive Bachelor’s scholarships for 2026. The scholarships are open to orphaned youth from all governorates of the Kingdom.
The campaign forms part of the Fund’s drive to broaden its impact and reach as many qualified young people as possible by offering opportunities nationwide. It applies clear eligibility criteria and a unified application and evaluation process, promoting fairness and equal opportunity in access to educational support.
The scholarship targets orphaned youth aged 18 to 22 from all governorates who achieved an average of 65% or above in the Tawjihi examination. It also includes orphaned youth currently enrolled at university. All applicants must have secured a competitive seat at a public university, in accordance with the admission criteria approved by Al Aman Fund.
Commenting on the announcement, Director General of Al Aman Fund for the Future of Orphans, Eng. Noor Al-Hammoud, said: “The launch of Bachelor’s scholarships for orphaned youth across all governorates of the Kingdom is in line with the Fund’s strategic goals of expanding its impact and extending educational opportunities to qualified young people whose economic circumstances may stand in the way of completing their education. This step builds on the Fund’s twenty-year journey of empowering orphaned youth beyond the age of 18, through scholarships that help them continue their education, develop their capabilities, and prepare for professional life, ultimately leading to independence and stability.”
To further promote fair access to opportunities, the Fund has adopted a unified online application platform. It allows young people from across the Kingdom to submit their applications and complete the required information and documents electronically, simplifying and standardizing the application process and reducing the barriers associated with traditional procedures.
Programs Director at Al Aman Fund for the Future of Orphans, Mr. Tareq Al-Kharabsheh, added: “We were keen to make the scholarship application journey clear, accessible, and available to qualified young people in every governorate. It begins with reviewing the eligibility requirements and applying online through a unified platform, and ends with the evaluation of applications against defined, approved criteria and scoring. This ensures that the same standards are applied to all applicants, strengthening fairness and transparency in selecting beneficiaries. This nationwide expansion of Bachelor’s scholarships reaffirms the Fund’s commitment to providing educational opportunities for qualified orphaned youth wherever they are, and to developing the means of reaching them, thereby reinforcing the principles of fairness and equal opportunity.”
The Fund invites all qualified young people to apply through the official website, review the scholarship details and eligibility requirements, complete their application, and attach the required supporting documents via the following link: https://alamanfund.jo/ar/application-portal-ar
The Fund also calls on associations, universities, supporting institutions, and community organizations across the Kingdom to help spread the word about the scholarship and bring it to as many eligible orphaned youth as possible, strengthening collective efforts and widening access for qualified beneficiaries.
About Al Aman Fund for the Future of Orphans
Established twenty years ago on the initiative of Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah, Al Aman Fund for the Future of Orphans is a non-profit organization that empowers orphaned youth who have left care homes after the age of 18, supporting them to continue their education at universities, colleges, or vocational training centers.
The Fund also provides comprehensive living support, including housing, a monthly allowance, and health insurance. This is complemented by SIDE, a mental health and self-development program built on the Fund’s competency framework, which comprises 75 competencies across personal, social, economic, and digital skills development. The Fund’s programs also extend to orphaned youth across the Kingdom who face difficult economic circumstances that hinder them from continuing their education, through educational scholarships and self-development opportunities based on clear criteria.
Since its establishment, the Fund has supported more than 5,090 orphaned youth, 63% of whom are female. A total of 3,903 young men and women have graduated from its programs, with an employment rate of 78% among graduates.
